


Strength Training - Monday 10th March
Hello Ladies,
Let’s kick off this week strong with a 50minute full body strength session, from the comfort of your own home! If you are at a gym please find a space no bigger than a workout mat and let’s get moving! MWS wants this class to be accessible to as many women as possible so please choose a class cost that works for you there are 3 to choose from.
You will need 2 medium weights, a workout mat and water bottle. If you do not have access to weights this workout is also possible with body weight only.
If you are over 38week pregnant or postpartum within 12 weeks you must inform MWS prior to the training session.
Prior to participating in any of the Services, you must be cleared to participate in a fitness class from clearance of your GP. You agree to follow all instructions provided by the MWS and its instructors during the Services for your safety and the safety of others.
