Movement with Sophie welcomes you to join this 50minute evening Vinyasa flow.

You will move your body slowly, with soft transitions focusing on core strength. This evening experience will calm mind your mind to finish the day.

The biggest benefits of slowing down in the evening will help ground your energy in preparation for sleep.
