Movement with Sophie welcomes you to join this Vinyasa sequence class, aimed for those who tend to have tight hips and legs either from sedentary lifestyles or busy on the go jobs.

You will move your body slowly, with soft transitions focusing on core strength. This evening experience will calm mind your mind to finish the day.

The biggest benefits of slowing down in the evening will help ground your energy in preparation for sleep.

All levels of yoga are welcome.
