Join this Movement with Sophie morning vinyasa flow. You will move your body with a guided postures and a grounding sequence. As you move you will learn to tune into your breath.

Each class will help you improve overall strength, body-mind-connection and improve all levels of flexibility.

All levels of yoga are welcome.
