Join this 45 minute beginner Movement with Sophie yoga class.

You will be guided through a sequence and learn to tune into your breath. Each class will help you improve overall strength, body-mind-connection and improve all levels of flexibility. Over the practise there will be modifications to suit your strength and ability level, and once you feel strong and confident with your practise you can explore the other classes and styles of yoga!
